From Zuggsoft, Zmud and Cmud are popular MUD clients. They support multiple character windows, swalks, aliases, scripts, variables, and much more. This is not a free client.
TinyFugue
TinyFugue is a programmable MUD client, primarily for UNIX-like platforms (including MacOS X), but it also works on Windows. Very flexible, and free!
